Position overview

We are looking for reliable and strong Production Operators to join our growing team. This is hands-on production work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will follow supervisor direction, adhere to company policies, and work well as part of a team. The position offers opportunities for long-term employment with potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery to manufacture metal tubing
• Performing in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Packaging, labeling, and staging finished product
• Keeping a clean, organized, safe workstation

Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs (up to 75+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift (long bars on the shoulder)
• Prior physical-labor background (manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on work)
• Steel-toed boots on day one (you provide; company provides safety glasses, hearing protection, shirt)
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (5-panel, marijuana included) and physical (lift, grip, stairs, hearing)

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
