We are seeking an experienced and professional Paralegal to join our U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating directly with clients, providing case updates, addressing questions or concerns, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the legal process. This position also requires regular communication with insurance companies, medical providers, and other related parties.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding updates on their legal matters
• Address client questions, concerns, and case-related inquiries professionally and promptly
• Coordinate and communicate with insurance companies, medical clinics, and other third parties
• Maintain organized case files and accurate records
• Assist attorneys with administrative and case management tasks
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) required
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Must reside in the Greater Mexico City Metropolitan Area (CDMX)

Position Details

• Primarily remote position
• Monday through Friday
• Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
