Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and generating national strategies resulting in profitable revenue. This person will support Canada and parts of the US.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, a strong listener, and highly driven to meet and exceed sales targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by connecting with customers and solving their needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Key Corporate and National Accounts
• Promote GSE products and services by implementing a National and Local level sales strategy
• Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and additional internal business partners
• Forecast revenue and gross profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
• Prepare and bid on customer RFP’s
• Exceed KPI’s by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply & demand
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and trade shows
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results

REQUIREMENTS / REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS

• Aviation knowledge with a background in technical sales in GSE or automotive parts preferred
• Experience selling to and within a Corporate environment; ground level to C-Suite
• Understanding of the sales process and developing strategies to support the customers objectives
• Strong listening, negotiation, and closing skills
• Must be able to work independently, stay focused, and remain self-motivated
• Sales planning, strategies, budgeting, and financial acumen
• Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset (“hunter” mentality)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to travel including potential international travel
• Ability to be badged for airport access

Pay: $105,000.00 per year
