Our Team

An 18-month program based on a rotational schedule across various areas and multidisciplinary work, driven by a clear vision and values, rooted in our Principles-Based Management (PBM) culture, which fosters a dynamic, collaborative work environment based on contribution. Our focus on injection molding processes, assembly, and tonnage will ensure, through a continuous improvement approach, a safe, efficient, and automated operation.

• Recent graduate with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Conversational English.
• Interest in administrative activities and development within a manufacturing environment.
• Proactive, organized, and self-directed.

• Service-oriented attitude, good negotiation skills, and analytical ability.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
