This is a remote position - you will work from home.
We are looking for a team member with great customer service and administration skills to join our Support team. You should have experience in both administration and dealing with clients on the telephone and also a good attention to detail. You should be comfortable working remotely from home. Some scheduling experience would also be an advantage. You will work as part of a team and have training remotely via Teams. You will need a laptop and good wifi and will be provided with a VOIP log in to make telephone calls once training is complete for business use only. You will work as part of a team under our Operations Manager to enable the smooth running of our fast moving operations department.
The hours available are 30 a week. This is for 5 days and will include some weekend days. The shift times will be between 7am and 11pm and shifts are 6 hours long.
Good written and spoken English essential. Spanish speaking would be an advantage but is not essential.
