Job Title: Short-Term Rental Cleaner (Airbnb / STR Homes)
Location: San Diego, Ramona, and Arizona
Pay: $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
Type: Contract / Part-time / On-call (with high opportunity for consistent hours)

We are looking for highly detail-oriented, professional cleaners to join our growing short-term rental team. We manage high-end Airbnb properties and need cleaners who take pride in perfection.

This is not basic house cleaning. We need cleaners who are extremely thorough, organized, and meticulous about cleanliness and presentation.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform full turnover cleans between guest stays
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists
• Inspect for damage, missing items, or maintenance issues
• Stage and reset the property to hotel-quality standards
• Wash and replace linens and towels
• Restock supplies as needed
• Send before-and-after photos and updates via Slack

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable using Slack for updates and communication
• Extremely detail-oriented and neat
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Experienced in Airbnb, STR, hotel, or high-end residential cleaning preferred
• Must have reliable transportation

We need cleaners who notice the small things: fingerprints on light switches, hair in corners, streaks on mirrors, smudges on stainless steel. If you take pride in leaving a property absolutely spotless, we want to hear from you.
