To participate in on the job training by attending meetings, shadowing staff members and researching information to be used in reports to gain practical experience in the business. Provision of an efficient execution of role responsibilities through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information in the relevant role of learning.

Required Qualifications

We are seeking graduates in the following professional categories. Applicants must possess the qualifications specified for the relevant category:

• Advisory: Degree in Financial Planning or Finance.

• Payments: Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

• Customer Experience: Degree in Business Management or Business Administration, with knowledge of Data Analytics or Information Systems.

• Credit (Models & Scorecards): Degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics.

• Information Technology (Developers): Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Eligibility

• Lesotho citizen.

• Graduates who have completed, or will complete, their academic qualifications in 2026.
