We’re currently looking for certified Pilates Instructors — both Mat and Reformer — to join our team. Our Mat classes are heated, so experience or comfort with hot environments is a plus!

We offer flexible schedules and are open to both full-time and part-time instructors. Availability for Saturday mornings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic group Pilates classes (Mat and/or Reformer) for clients of all skill levels.
• Design and adapt personalized workout programs that align with individual fitness goals.
• Demonstrate proper form and technique to ensure client safety and maximize effectiveness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering guidance, and keeping clients motivated.
• Track client progress and adjust routines as needed to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Encourage class participation and help create a positive, community-driven atmosphere.
• Stay current with new Pilates techniques, training methods, and industry trends through ongoing education.

Certifications & Skills:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer certification required; additional fitness certifications are an asset).
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Proven experience teaching Pilates or other fitness disciplines in a group or private setting.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly instruct, motivate, and engage clients.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Effective time management to organize group classes and private sessions efficiently.
• Natural leadership qualities to inspire confidence and create a supportive class atmosphere.
• Ability to adapt instruction based on individual needs, goals, and physical abilities.
• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour
