About This Role:
The Country Lead is a senior leadership position in one of the company’s most strategic and high‑impact markets globally. This role has full accountability for driving business performance, executing the local strategy, and strengthening the company’s market presence in a priority country.
Acting as the senior representative in the market, the Country Lead will accelerate profitable growth, build and lead high‑performing teams, and develop strong relationships with key customers and partners, while closely aligning with regional and global leadership.
What you'll do:
• Define and execute the country go‑to‑market strategy, tailoring global offerings to local market needs and industry dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, managing operational, financial and reputational risks in a complex and dynamic market environment.
