Easy Lemon is a rapidly growing Lemon Law firm dedicated to helping consumers resolve claims involving defective vehicles. Our mission is to provide outstanding client service while simplifying a process that can often be confusing and frustrating.
As we continue to expand, we're seeking a highly organized, client-focused Case Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, managing case progress, and ensuring every client receives a professional and supportive experience.
About the Role
As a Case Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their Lemon Law claim. You'll provide updates, answer questions, gather information, and coordinate with internal teams to help move cases forward efficiently.
Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the claims process
- Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and SMS
- Handle a high volume of client communications, including approximately 30–40 calls per day
- Provide case updates and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
- Gather and document client information accurately
- Maintain detailed records and case notes within CRM and case management systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient case progression
- Follow up with clients and ensure all required documentation is received
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law firm, legal services environment, or legal support role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
- Experience using CRM software or case management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16,512.19 - $16,787.40 per month
Work Location: Remote
