Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our packing and dispatch operations. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a team of pickers/packers, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organisation.

As part of a small, close-knit team, this is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example and play an active part in daily warehouse operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and logistics experience to contribute to a dynamic and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
• Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time
• Ensure all goods are packed to a high standard to prevent damage in transit
• Oversee inventory control, stock checks, and accuracy of stock levels
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers where required
• Support materials handling processes, including safe movement of goods
• Train new starters and provide ongoing coaching to the team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

About You

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to support operational tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
