You will teach others to repair:

- Forced Air Furnaces- all makes. models
- Air Conditioners - all makes, models
- Mini Splits- all makes, models
- Heat Pumps - all makes, models

Requirements:

** Must have 10 years or more recent SeniorLEAD Residential HVAC repair experience for all types of residential equipment (Required)

** Three years of experience training other service techs on advanced diagnosis and repairs

** Excellent driving record and a valid driver’s license
** Clean and neat appearance
** Ability to climb on a ladder into a tight attic space
** Not claustrophobic in tight subfloor crawl spaces

** Excellent command of spoken and written English language
** Good handwriting
** Must enjoy people and explaining things to them

** Must be able to pass a drug test on your first day and a background check
