Job Considerations: To be considered you will need to highly skills in the following:

• Experience in the development of scalable, high performance application software.
• Excellent working knowledge of Java, MySQL, JUnit and XML.
• Experience in Socket programming.
• Strong OO design skills.
• Experience with multi-threaded architectures, thread management, latency and throughput optimization.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership skills and solid team-player.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.

Additional skills - Not required, but advantageous

• Experience in Server Side Java, J2EE, JSP/JSTL, Servlets, JAXB, JAX-WS, and Tomcat.
• Experience with High-Volume, Real-Time, On-Line Transaction Processing.
• Expertise with SaaS-based application development and implementation.
• know how to optimizing complex distributed software systems in a cloud deployed environment.
• Experience in Server Side Java, J2EE, JSP/JSTL, Servlets, JAXB, JAX-WS, and Tomcat.
