Inwest Investments is a private investment firm with holdings in real estate and financial endeavors in Canada. The company's portfolio includes Wesbild Holdings, a developer of residential real estate and resort communities in British Columbia; DRI Capital, which acquires royalty interests in patented pharmaceuticals; and Reservoir Media Management, which invests in entertainment-related royalties. Inwest Investments also founded Future Shop, one of Canada's largest electronics retailers, which was sold to Best Buy Canada in 2001. Inwest Investments was founded in 1981 by chairman Hassan Khosrowshahi as a holding company for his family's investments. The company has three offices in Canada and two in the US.
