The company's services include consulting, Web deployment, software customization, project management, systems design, and network and security engineering. Clients have included the US Department of Defense, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the state of California. In addition to government agencies, the company also serves commercial clients in the telecommunications and IT industries among others. Founder and chairman Tom Velez owns half of CTA.
