March Wrap-Up! March was a busy month at Avantive Solutions! We kicked off the month with Employee Appreciation Day to say thank you. Our sites in Tulsa, Noida, Guadalajara, and CDMX came together to recognize International Women's Day and the incredible women who lead and inspire our teams. Our Noida team also celebrated Holi, bringing color and joy to the office! Our Tulsa headquarters had a blast celebrating St. Patrick's Day and a Spring Spirit Week to kick off the season. Recently, our Mexico City contact center team came together for a cause that truly matters, supporting Albergue Infantil Inés María Gasca, a local organization dedicated to providing resources to children whose guardians work long hours to make ends meet. Thanks to the generosity of our sales and customer service agents, our collection drive was an overwhelming success, demonstrating how small actions can create meaningful change.
We’re thrilled to share that Lauren Mastrojohn, our Director of Client Success, has been honored with the Silver award for Customer Service Leader of the Year at the 19th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service! She partnered with the client to identify and prioritize core KPIs critical to program success, such as improving service levels, reducing escalations, and optimizing costs. She developed a comprehensive department-by-department roles and responsibilities matrix, ensuring every aspect of the launch was meticulously executed on time. Her leadership included managing internal teams to revamp training materials, refine system processes, and design tailored standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance overall customer experience (CX.) The results of her leadership were transformative. Key performance metrics saw dramatic improvements: live agent interactions increased by 7%, voicemail usage dropped by 97%, and escalations decreased by 90%.
