    Unlimited PTO, work from home options, competitive 401(k) (if it gets funded), C-level leadership seems transparent and accountable

    Desventajas

    This place grew so fast they never bothered to put processes in place. It's unreal how much everything is held together with rubber bands and super glue - you'd expect from a startup but not a "industry leader." Faux leadership, no idea how these people got promoted. Cut benefits and bonuses even when they tell you to your face you're a "star performer."

    Stop operating like two (more?) separate companies. You literally still have Valence IT and two data warehouses. Process and structure are needed but nobody has the time to spend on developing it. You will not retain any employees you want to keep when you keep slashing benefits after they break their backs for you.

    Coworkers, benefits, work from home, friendliness. Some upper management very nice and willing to listen to ideas.

    Desventajas

    Not structured, unfortunately they do not communicate with all staff and have staff advise other coworkers what is changing.

    Director, Manager and Supervisor will throw you under the bus, makes sure all their friends and family that's not qualified are promoted while leaving the hard working people behind.

    Corporate needs to get more involved in day to day operations of the claims dept. theirs lots of under handed things going on that brings down the morale of the employees, get rid of some of the directors, managers and supervisors fast.

    Company is falling down, they cut down our benefits - no salary increases , 401 k match only for employees who stay till end of year , cut down bonus. Lot of favoritism, if you are friends with the Sr director and above level you get promoted if not does not matter how hard you work , you will not be recognized. Selfish Indian Sr. management in IT who run the department like it's their family business, not thinking about...

    Stop laying off our good hard working colleagues instead look at some of the Sr. Management like MD level folks who sit and dont do anything or add any value, need to lay these folks off and not the hardworking jr level staff. Ensure everyone is being treated fairly.
