Second Choice at Best - Evaluación del empleado para Field Project Manager en Windstream

As anywhere, some great people. Fun and challenging work assignments and reasonable pay. There is hope for this company but all levels of management need to be open to seeing and hearing what's "really" happening
Desventajas
Lousy benefits. Company is in financial distress after buying up as many companies as they could find for years. It reminded me of the late 90's/early 2000's where EBITDA was king. Hemorrhaging money on lost causes while bragging up their latest acquisition to increase their footprint and all the while telling everyone what a great job they're doing and how we're going to have to work harder next month/quarter/year. Standard old phony motivational nonsense while customers are running away looking for some stability and reliability. Frontier and Windstream should join forces; they're on the same path to destruction. Might as well enjoy the camaraderie and increase your footprints.
Seeking out opportunities to improve is a core function at Windstream. We embrace agility and act in a way that embraces change for the better. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate you taking the time to share.

Learned a lot about products - great training. Coworkers were great. WFH
Desventajas
Salary is low, benefits not that great and quotas were ridiculous and unachievable. Did not have any customers that "loved" Windstream. Most were churning as fast as they could. Terrible installation and repair times made for very unhappy customers. Spent most of your time putting out fires. Micromanagement and busywork from management that had less experience than most of the sales teams. Had 4 managers, 3 VPs, 2 CFOs and 2 CEOs who all changed goals and practices constantly. Was actually relieved to be RIFd.
