Amazing Interview process - they apply contemporary approach and a unique way of evaluating candidates, which actually brings out the best in you.
My profile was selected by a consultancy and interview was fixed post CV shortlisting, 1rst round of interview with HR to understand your profile and give an overview of company profile.
2nd Round Was given 3 assignments, 1st to evaluate email writing, 2nd PPT presentation to evaluate your creativity in selling your product, 3rd mock call to understand your selling skills over the phone.
3rd round interview with Dept. Head, profile overview and previous KRAs and target discussions.
4th Round was with Main founder - amazing person very influential and charming (may or may not happen, but i went through this round before getting offer).
If they like your Candidature they will give you an offer on the spot and quite a generous one, i accepted gladly and started my work the very same day by my own choice.
Its a really nice place to work.

Entrevista
They make it look like they have the coolest interview process, but its not. Basic question being asked by the HR guys. The final decision rests with the Founder. why the hell do you take 3 rounds then. Maybe you guys can reverse the process and save your time as well as the candidates by giving the first round to the founder, if he/she finds its ok, then the irrelevant round and questions can come up. Questions like 1. what are your weaknesses and strength? 2. if you are selected how do you intend to travel? 3. Email writing skills etc. Its ironic because they have corporate training modules on leadership which they try to build it among their employees too, but the founder is the BOSS so the leadership initiative fails. Also innovation is one of the module. You can start by innovating and reversing your interview process.
