Preguntas de entrevista para hr director compartidas por los candidatos
What is my risk if I hire you
If you are asked the question, "what is my risk if I hire you?" Basically, the interviewer is asking you to throw yourself under the bus. The best way to answer is "I don't know." You don't know what the risk is and then you identify ways that you resolve risks that are typical for an employer. An employer could be worried that you can't do the work. The employer could be worried that you won't connect with the people there. An employer maybe worried that you are not dedicated to the work. So you could say as an answer to this question, "I do not know what the risks are from hiring me. I believe I bring the skills to the table to do this job and I believe that I am commented to this work to making sure I do a good job and your organization successful. Furthermore, based on my research with the people who are here, I believe that I will be a strong member of your team and fit with the people here culturally. So based on that assessment, I am really not sure what risks you have by hiring me."
