Interview consisted of a video call over Teams and lasts about an hour. They first go through some ID checks and then ask standard questions about you, why you would be suitable for the job, ask to give previous work scenarios to demonstrate how you act/ react in certain situations. Recieved an email the same day to say I was successful.

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

Entrevista
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
