First one is kind of like an IQ test. There are also questions to evaluate your English but they are fairly easy. Second phase is a Google form. They ask you questions about the position you applied. Some of them are multiple choice some of them are open ended. There is no time limit. Third phase is a video interview with your team lead. It's chill, I think they ask you questions to understand your mentality, your approach to work. And the last one is GSD day. In the morning they sent you the challenges.

I had 2 test from employer. Tests are related with analytic problems and puzzles. I passed tests and invited to 30 min team leader interview. they said that they will inform me within 2 days positive or negative. But they didnt reach me.
