I asked if they were hiring and I was asked to interview on the spot. It was a fairly basic interview. It was a 2 person panel and they asked situational type questions. They asked you to discuss your favorite products and asked you to discuss your strengths and weaknesses. They also discussed the scheduling which seemed typical for retail. They also discussed the training which included a lot of self training with text books and videos.
