Great communication upfront. I was contacted by a recruiter fairly quickly after applying and had the initial screen, a great interview with the HM whom I would have enjoyed working for, and then a third round with another manager. I also completed an Online assessment of personality and skill. The recruiter told me I was moving to the 4th round and ask for my availability. After that, I was flat out ghosted.
