I interviewed for the Commercial Strategy and Analytics team. The interview stages were: recruiter phone screen, virtual HM interview, take-home assignment, presentation of the take home assignment, and a final round of 4 behavioral interviews (30 minutes each) with various team members. The people were nice to talk to, however, the process was unnecessarily complicated. The recruiter, Amy, didn't provide guidance until I reached out and asked at each stage of the interviews. Once they sent me an extremely generic rejection email, she immediately became unresponsive and didn't even appear for our scheduled feedback call. Very disappointing to be shown such little respect after investing hours of my time into this process.
