Computer based Test - The test involved Numerical and verbal reasoning.
1st interview- I was invited for an interview a month after the test. It was a four man panel interview.
2nd interview - HR Unit head. Didn't take long. Just few questions to determine where one will best fit in I guess.

The interview is conversational. Questions can be asked from facts stated in your Cv. Eg. "I can see you have a bachelor degree in finance. What is your position on gambling?" So yeah the question can be random.
