They tell you to meet with a certain person, that person won't be there. They don't have a formal interview and you'll get offered the job. They will not ask you about your experience or history in the electronics area, because they will train you regardless of what you have done in the past. They will pay you minimum wage and expect you to be able to survive off that. When you first start they'll have you on over time then randomly take you off it for months regardless of your performance. They treat their full time employees even better then contractors, even though most of their full time employees don't meet their required quotation.

I was given a tour a the building and was told step by step the process and what I would be doing. They then told me the customers they service to and what each day would look like for me.
