Received a call from XPO after posting my resume online. Rep scheduled an interview and it was a basic interview. Questions regarding sales experience, goals, strengths, and weaknesses. I attempted to negotiate salary, but they didn't budge from the offer as they have tiered salary ranges that you have to meet certain goals to achieve.

Wear a suit and tie. Bring resumes with you. It’s very formal, speak professionally and well. Other than that it was pretty chill, the hiring managers are cool people, can be intimidating at first.

Panel interviews. 1st day of interviewing is mostly just shadowing. 2nd interview comes is with management where they may suggest your role and position. If available, you may be able to visit the office and get a better idea of the environment.

Mostly ask about your experience and want to learn about yourself as a person.
There were three interviews total. Second interview you are able to actually see day to day by shadowing someone that is currently in the position. Best thing ever. Then you are able to actually see if this position will be a great fit for you or not.
