STAY AWAY. This company started off with a gracious recruiter managing the process. Then it was micro managed to DEATH by the CEO. It resulted in 8 interviews with people in various time zones ( so be prepared to take multiple calls at very odd times). Had the recruiter not been shut out of the process I would like to think it could have been somewhat pleasant. Instead, from a candidate pov you are just worn down. It gave me a clear indication of how the company was managed internally.
Here's the kicker, after 8 interviews (oh and btw, 3 of them were with the CEO again and again) they did not have the decency to send me an email about not getting the position. That's word of mouth stuff that hurts a company's personal brand...
