Phone screen with HR, 1 hr video call with hiring manager, 1 hr video call with a VP, onsite with hiring manager and several directors and VP's. The interview was certainly technical, but there were not many questions with explicit right/wrong answers - very much thought process based. Lots of behavioral/fit questions. HR was fantastic with keeping me in the loop. Workiva seems to have a great culture and work environment.
