Phone Screen by Recruiter and then 4 separate rounds of one on one video interviews. Each time advancing to the next interview. Asked the same questions every single time. Final interview - asked me about having one specific skill which wasn’t listed on the job description. I did not possess that skill. I was told it was no big deal. I never got a call back after that. They did not even bother to respond to me after the final interview. I waited weeks until I got an automated email from their system stating “thank you for your interest…” .. this was a complete waste of time and energy to go through that many interview rounds for weeks to hear nothing after final interview.

Did a phone interview, no update heard after that. Interviewer described the role in details and asked very general questions to qualify the role and describe job scope. It was a friendly interview.
