I found out about the opportunity from an individual that I used to work with at a past employer and was directed to an internal recruiter. The recruiter gathered my information and resume and set up a phone interview with the RVP, Sales and then 3 weeks later we met face to face. From there, I met with senior executives at their CA Headquarters. This interview process is still in progress as of 10.26.09.

Workday runs a good process. It is quick and straightforward once you get past the first step and screening, which takes some time to schedule. Didn't land the role, but the process was fair. They provide a good overview of the company, mission, and vision. Overall, I liked everyone I talked to and appreciated the process.
