Tough process, phone interview with recruiter, then hiring manager and lastly a mock presentation to a steering committee where various Workday employees play the roles of C-level customer executives. Also had 1:1 interviews on site with 6 senior employees. Almost 4 hours of interviews that day and that was the hardest part of the day. The mock presentation was extremely challenging and I spent the better part of the day prior preparing for it.
