I applied to the position via a staffing agency and a recruiter contacted me for a phone interview. After the initial phone interview, a week went by before the recruiter called again and confirmed that she would 'try to setup' a call with the hiring manager. A few days later, I had a virtual interview with the HM and was told afterwards that I'd receive feedback the following week. It's been three weeks and I've never heard back since... Not from the hiring manager or the recruiter after a couple attempts to follow-up. Overall, very disappointing process. At the very least, this company should be able to send you an email letting you know they've moved on to other candidates. Do better. When people have taken time out of their day to consider your company, have the decency to acknowledge that effort.
