It was very easy for me to answer questions that they asked mostly are planning by giving different scenario but even after having four good interviews in the different region for the same post I have been rejected every time. What i understand and found out after knwoing the panel member is that most of the managers/supervisors who tooks my interview (so far) are mainly are the diploma holders (not an actual engineers but mainly technicians) but yeah with years of experience and when they see a degree or a master holder they immediately goes into insecurity. It is obvious that they have got very limited knowledge yet they are managers and would never hire someone who has higher qualifications for even a lower role. Again this is just my understanding after meeting up with them.

It was meant to be an In - person interview but I requested for a virtual interview due to distance. They later approved the virtual interview after a couple of weeks.
