First a phone screening. Once I passed that and was told I would be scheduled for an interview; it took the hiring manager 48 days to contact me for an interview. It was a group interview and no one was prepared. My resume was looked over the whole time as if it was never read. The lead interviewer showed up 25 minutes late.
