I had an initial phone interview followed by a Skype interview. Everyone was extremely nice and personable. Seems like a great company to work for. The interview process dragged out awhile before finding out they hired someone local. Asked standard interview wuestiond

Standard questions about work history, experience, yourself etc. nothing that struck me as particularly difficult
4 x 45 min interviews back to back with various team members. One a role play, one a maths test, other two more competency based. Very intense and felt excessive.

Process was well organised. It seamed all very professional until the interview. The woman who interviewed me was not prepared. She had no specific questions, did not know anything about me and did not even have my CV.

They put me up in hotel for the interview.
