Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó más de 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Wayfair (Eugene, OR) en sep 2019
Entrevista
I was asked to come onsite for my interview, which is fine except for I was interviewing with people who were not onsite. When I arrived the receptionist was unaware of an interview and tried to tell me I was mistaken, then the person who was supposed to give me a tour and talk about the company and position didn't have any idea who I was or why I was there. I got a tour but then was left in a room alone with a computer to interview with people at other locations. The interviews themselves were fine, but the process seemed disorganized (this is when they were setting up the location so that's understandable to a point, but this was crazy). Someone was supposed to show me out and debrief but no one showed up so I had to wander this maze of a building and eventually ask a call center employee to help me find the exit.

Brief phone call was pointless I could tell I was not moving forward with the next step. It was done as a favor interviewer asked very basic questions. It was only a fifteen minute phone call that was done at my convenience.
My interview was scheduled and appeared to be going on track. The recruiter did not call, I called and she had sent an email an hour before the interview canceling it due to being called into an interview. If she was in a meeting why did she answer her phone? No communication from her to reschedule even when I emailed her to set something up. the position is still open, and I have all the skills they appear to be looking for.
