Entrevista
Applied online and the HR got back to me in a week. Asked me briefly what I projects I am working on and their technologies.
Then later scheduled for an interview with the director of some department. The director gave a detailed info of what Wayfair does and asked me a couple of work culture and development strategy questions. He then asked me to write some code and SQL question.
The HR called me after couple of days to give feedback and told me that my SQL skills were phenomenal but they cannot go ahead with me as my Visa status could a problem which makes sense because I was currently working on my STEM extension.

write code to breakdown a string which consisted of numbers and calculate the total weight in pounds
passed initial screening, was given a game home hackerrank interview assessment that was similar to a leetcode mediums. very specific set of problem I was not able to answer. I was then ghosted by the company without a formal rejection.

Entrevista
there are 3 rounds:
1 leetcode online assessment round
1 recruiter call round ask about back ground and personal information
1 hour long technical VO round
1 30 min long manager BQ round
3 Interviews. One automated leet code style interview. The next was a technical interview. The final was a personality interview. All interviews went well and were quite positive but was ghosted after the final one.
