Recruiter gives you preliminary phone call screening. If he/she sees that you fit with a position, they tell you to apply for the job on their site. If you get an interview, you go through two rounds before they make a decision. The first round is mainly with lower ranking associates, and the second is with higher ranking directors.

It was two panel-like interviews with the team I would have been working on. The team was awesome and interviews felt very natural. When it came time to discuss salary they were unwilling to move and offered me a salary that would not be a living wage in my city, which the office I was expected to come into multiple times a week was located in. I came with experience and was even willing to take a pay cut to leave my current role.
