Honestly one of the most clear, efficient and transparent interview processes I've gone through with a company. I'd rate it 6 out of 5 stars if I could on Glassdoor. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who helped me through this process deserves all the praise from this company. She made herself super approachable, and was clear and transparent with me with every step of the process. She even strived to give me an update literally a day after each stage! Hats off to her. The interview process consisted of a call with the aforementioned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, and then a final round with 2 of Wave's engineers. Can't wait to start working as a Waver!
