I was a nervous wreck but the H.R person was sweet and answered all my questions then that Friday I went in for orientation. The other H.R person was sick but she was also sweet and made sure we all understood what we was suppose to be doing
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
