The interview was a quick 15 minute phone call asking about my experience and what my availability would be like. I was then offered as job as overnight stocker. The interview was fairly straightforward and easy.

I was called in for a interview on a tues. The asst. Manager was very nice and he just explain how he got started on Wal-Mart and worked his way up from a produce stocker to asst. Manager. Then he asked me just a few questions about myself and one other question that he like my answer and hired me right on the spot.

Normal interview process, lasted about thirty minutes. They bring you in to asked questions. I also did an assessment prior to the interview online. This part takes about ten or fifteen minutes.
