There was an initial welcome to Virgin Media followed by an introduction to the team and other interviewees. We were then advised of the 3 stages that would be pat of the assessment, this included a phone task, 1 to 1 interview and then a group scenario, all were very time consuming with a lot of waiting around.

Entrevista
The interview was fairly informal although seemed a bit disjointed from the interviewers side. 2 people did the interview, one sat on a lap top and just made nodding gestures when I looked at him. What annoys me is 2 weeks after the interview I have had no feedback whatsoever as to whether I got the job or not, this is despite me even sending mails to the HR dept asking them outright. For a company that said they prided themselves on customer service this is a little worrying
