Overall the people I talked to were friendly and engaged. I was a little on the fence about the position because it was a change from my previous employment and I feel that they really took the time to explain their company and the position to make sure it was the right fit for both parties. To start off, I had to give a 10-15 min presentation about a problem I had solved. Then we had the typical interview type conversation and a tour. At the end I was given a written exam, which was quite nerve-racking. In the end, the position wasn't the right fit for me or them and I didn't get an offer, but I would still consider it a positive interview experience overall due to their effort and engagement through the day.
