The process consisted of one in person interview with a Regional Manager. Average questions posed here for a sales position. This is then followed by an another in person with interview with a Divisional Manager

I was scheduled to meet with the Regional Sales Manager for coffee early one morning and they said they never told about the interview. We rescheduled for the next week. I was told by both the Regional Sales Manager and the internal recruiter that I would get a 2nd interview. I heard nothing for over three weeks from either the RSM or the recruiter despite reaching out to both. Finally, sent an email thanking them both for the opportunity to interview and that I was assuming I would not be moving forward and received a response 5 minutes later confirming that. Takes minimal effort to follow up with candidates you interview.

The interview process was very lengthy. Several interviews with different managers. Overall process was a good experience and enabled me to learn a lot about the company and responsibilities of the position.
