3-step interview process: 1) Brief Call with the Recruiter, 2) Interview with Hiring Manager, 3) Interview with Sr. Managers in the Department. Interview was simple and they gave lots of information regarding the role.

The interview is normally with an HR business partner and a Senior Manager. They are looking for very specific things in your interview.
