I applied online via Indeed.com and received an email from one of their recruiters in England to set up a phone interview. She was extremely polite and made me feel so comfortable during the duration of the phone call. At the end of the call, she gave a brief outline of the process which would include an on-site interview with two of the ISO managers and some short hand written tests. I was able to move on to the on-site interviews where I met with the managers. They were lovely and made the process go smoothly. The hand written tests were basic vocabulary, grammar skills and testing your ability to pay attention to details. During the on-site, they also provided a general introduction to what kind of work you would be doing if an offered was accepted. It took about a month to hear back, but the recruiter kept checking on me periodically which was nice, so I didn’t feel forgotten. Overall, it was a great experience. Pretty quick. I’m about to start in a few weeks for orientation, so this is very exciting!
