The HR recruiting Team reached out to me about a month ago.
After asking for free slots, a meeting was planned. Unfortunately, no confirmation after answering.
After a few attempts, i managed to contact and schedule a new meeting. Seemed there were some internal difficulties when organizing. This second time, unfortunately, the result was a no-show from HR.
Of course, it is always nice when a company is reaching out and sweetening the words.
The last shot was tried, this time reaching out to one of the superiors. The answer was immediate. Then, when something was planned, everyone at the company was MIA. Nothing heard. No email apologizing or at least saying something.
My personal thought is that, as it is frequent, there is always room for improvement in HR. In this case, it seems the overall company needs to reduce the internal chaos.
In my personal experience, i noticed some points I believe it would be better for me, personally, to avoid for my professional and personal career.
