The interview process is very unorganized.
I was called for an interview in March 2019.
There is a mandatory online test with questions related to aptitude and basic reasoning which you have to go and give there.I feel it can be done from home itself.
There was a lot of waiting time for the face to face round .
After face to face round they told me that my resume did not meet the given profile. They did not even go through my CV before this .

Entrevista
Got call from recruiter and then the profile got short listed and the interview was scheduled for 1 hour. I joined the interview via teams. There are two people who joined the to interview fair enough. To interview a 7 experienced candidate a 3 year experienced candidate joined. I cannot tell how worst the process is. they wasted my time and asked to write few programs which is fine. After writing programs for an hours they told lets start the interview and started with oops. In between many people will join ask a question and will leave. Please dont waste candidate time
